Rhomco was instructed by the Landlord of a 65,000sq/ft industrial premises to advise on the dilapidations claim following expiry of a long-term lease. As evidenced by a detailed drone survey, the existing asbestos roof covering was found to be in extremely poor condition and, as such, we investigated options for dealing with the roof covering in order to return the premises to a wind and watertight condition, including over-coating, over-sheeting and replacement. The Landlord has also appointed us to specify and competitively tender the works.
