Rhomco was instructed to prepare a Schedule of Condition on a newly-built detached industrial unit, in order to limit the prospective tenant’s repairing liability on a proposed 5 year FRI lease. Despite the age of the premises, Rhomco identified several issues which were subsequently excluded from the client’s liability, and which will help protect their position when it falls to dealing with lease-end dilapidations.
