Rhomco was instructed by the Landlord of a 280,000 sq ft distribution centre in Chepstow to prepare and serve a dilapidations claim on their tenant who had been in occupation since 1989 and have been subsequently instructed to specify and competitively tender the works to return the property to market as soon as possible.
