Rhomco was instructed by the purchaser of these new premises to progress their pre-acquisition Due Diligence, negotiate the content of the developers works package and progress the associated Construction Monitoring. We were also instructed to agree the content of the tenants fit-out proposals, coordinate the License for Alterations and prepare a Reinstatement Cost Assessment for fire insurance purposes on practical completion of the works.
