Rhomco was instructed by a Wales-based building society to act as their fund monitor on the conversion of an existing Edwardian property to 7 no. apartments and a townhouse. As part of our role, we carried-out an inspection of the site and met with the funder’s Customer and the Project Team; undertook a general appraisal of the proposed works, construction information, costs and programme and subsequently provided a Development Appraisal Report, including our usual review of the planning consent, building regulations and the like. We then carried-out monthly inspection during the works, and prepared Drawdown Reports advising on progress, quality and cost.
