Andrew is an Associate Director at Rhomco with over 12 years’ experience of dealing with both Private and Public sector clients on all aspects of building surveying, including Professional and Project Work.
He deals with due diligence / pre-acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, planned maintenance programmes, reinstatement cost assessments, dilapidations, feasibility studies, space planning and design, contract administration, project managers and development monitoring. In addition, Andrew provides CDM advice and undertakes the Principal Designer role advising on a range of projects including industrial, retail, leisure, offices, healthcare and education.
Andrew qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) in June 2008 and then obtained his Incorporated Member of Association for Project Safety (IMaPS) in October 2011.
