Rhomco was instructed to undertake all necessary pre-lease due diligence and Building Surveying advice by the ingoing Tenant of these premises. This included the preparation of a full Building Survey; Schedule of Condition; Design, Specification and Contract Administration of the Tenants pre-occupation fit-out works; dealing with CDM matters; advising on the associated License for Alterations and provision of other general Leasehold Advice. We also prepared a Planned Preventative Maintenance report and were retained to manage implementation of subsequent annual repair work packages. On a periodic basis, we have also prepared Reinstatement Cost Assessments for fire insurance purposes.
