Melksham – Avon Rubber

Rhomco was instructed by our client to prepare a planned maintenance programme for a 12 year unexpired term on a 160,000sq/ft head-quarters industrial building in Melksham. This planned approach to maintenance also incorporated the client’s ongoing repairing liabilities under the lease in order to help minimise a future terminal dilapidations claim from the Landlord. In addition to preparing the PPM report, Rhomco are involved in specifying and competitively tendering the annual maintenance packages, working collaboratively with the on-site finance and facilities team.
